Reverted Muslim girl and husband harassed by miscreants

Hyderabad, October 29: A reverted Muslim girl who married a Muslim youth after she reverted to Muslim in Madannapet area of old city is allegedly being harassed by the local miscreants. It is said that Zulekha Begum whose pervious name was Radhika married to a youth named Mohammad Sarwar resident of Madannapet some days ago. It is alleged that following their marriage the couple and the family members of the boy are being constantly harassed. 

It is said that Zulekha Begum aged 23 years and Mohammad Sarwar aged 27 performed Nikah. Zulekha Begum in a press statement alleged that unscrupulous elements of Vikas Seva Sangam community Hall located at Madannapet are cooking conspiracies against her in-laws on which she sent a complaint letter to Hyderabad police commissioner, chief justice Andhra Pradesh high court and top police officials in which she demanded protection of life of herself and her in laws.

She further claimed that inspite of her marrying to the Muslim youth after reverting to Islam and despite fulfilling legal proceedings conspiracy is being hatched to file a false case of abduction against her husband and police of the concerned police station has registered missing complaint in this regard.
