Chiranjeevi to abide by SKC’s report

Praja Rajyam president K. Chiranjeevi said he would stick to Srikrishna Committee report on Telangana and claimed that it was he who asked the Union home minister P. Chidambaram to constitute a committee to look into the Telangana issue.

He was speaking to media after taking a holy dip in Pranahita pushkarams at Arjunigutta and performing pinda pradanam to his father and forefathers.

Mr Chiranjeevi said the party would launch an agitation in Telangana over farmers problems and demanded the Centre to declare Pranahita-Chevella as national project.

Refuting suggestion that he was afraid to visit Telangana due to protests, Mr Chiranjeevi said was only staying away from tours in the region as he does not want to create unrest. He reminded that he was living in Hyderabad which is part of Telangana.

He hoped that the present government led by K. Kiran Kumar Reddy would complete its full term which is necessary to solve the problems faced by the people.

Mr Chiranjeevi maintained that he had respect for the culture and traditions of Telangana and love the people of this region and that is why he had taken part in pushkaralu.

He asserted that they had had never tried for ministerial berths and were interested only in the welfare of people and the development of the state.

He said he met Prime Minister Manmohan Dr Singh and requested him to ensure national status to the Pranahita-Chevella and Polavaram projects.

చంద్రబాబు నయా అవతార్!

ఇదొక సంధి కాలం లాగ ఉంది, ఎవరు ఎపుడు ఎం చేస్తారో, ఏమి మాట్లాడతారో ఎవరికీ తెలియట్లేదు. హై టెక్ బాబు, సైబర్ బాబు గా పేరు గాంచిన చంద్రబాబు నాయుడు కూడ దీక్షలు చేస్తున్నాడు, అది కూడ రైతుల కోసం, ఇదొక మాయా బజార్ సైన్మా కాదు కదా, మామ నాటకం ఇస్తాడు, అల్లుడు ఏకంగా నిజంగా సైన్మా దీస్తాడు..వారెవ్వా! అపుడెపుడో తెలంగాణాల లొల్లి అయితుంటే బాబ్లి అన్నడు, అందరు అటు బోయిన్రు పాపం ఎవరికీ ఏంచేయాలో తోస్తలేదు మరి, ఎట్లా పోయిన పరువు కాపాడుకోవల్నో అసలు సమజ్ అయితలేదు. ఆయనని అర్జంటుగా ఇంటర్వ్యు చేయాలని బలమైన కోరిక కలుగుతుంది. బాబు అసలు వ్యవసాయం అంటే ఏందో తెలుసా? వ్యవసాయం అంటే మట్టి మనుషుల జీవితం, భూమి అంటే వారికి ప్రాణం, అందులోంచి కంపూటర్లు, చిప్లు కాదు, కూరగాయలు, పండ్లు, బియ్యం మొదలుగునవి పండును. మీ హయంలో రింగు రోడ్లు అని, హైటెక్ సిటీలని పడి పడి భూములు గుంజుకుని, ఇక్కడి భూములన్నీ మీరు, మీ బంధువులు, ఆంధ్ర మిత్రులు కలిసి దోచు కొని తింటిరి కదా. పడి పడి వరల్డ్ బాంకులో అప్పులు తెస్తిరి, మా మహిళలని అందలము ఎక్కిస్తామని , అప్పులు అలవాటు చేసి అదః పాతాలములో తోక్కిరి, ఇయాల మావోల్లు ఉక్కరి బిక్కిరి అయి చస్తున్టిరి కదా బాబు. అయ్యో! ఎంతపని జరిగింది అని ఏనాడు అయినా అనుకుంటిర? మీరు మీ పక్కన ఉండే మా పెద్దమనుషులు కాదు కాదు దద్దమ్మలు,9 అన్నేమో గాని , మా కెసిఆర్ అన్న మంచి పేర్లు పెడతాడు) అయన కడుపు సల్లంగుండ, ఆ భూమి దూరం అయిందని, కరెంటు అందలేదని మా మనుషులు నీ హయంలో ఎంతమంది చచ్చిపోయిన్రో చెప్పమంటావా? నువ్వు బొందపెట్టిన మీ మామగారు, మీదేసంలో బియ్యం పండుతాయని, వాటిని తెచ్చి మామీద రుద్దనీకి రెండు కిలోల బియ్యం పధకం పెట్టి, మా జొన్నలు, రాగులు, సజ్జలు, తైదలు, ఉలవలు ..మా తెలంగాణా పంటలన్నిటికి దూరం చేసిండ్రు.. అయి తిని మొత్తం రోగాల బారిన బడుతున్నాం బిడ్డ, అయినా మా మెదక్ జిల్లాల అక్కలు గివ్విటితోటి మస్తుగ వంటలు చేస్తున్రు. మీవోల్లకి అన్ని రైసు మిల్లులాయే, మాకేమో సావుల కోసం రేసులాయే, ఎంత పని చేస్తివి బిడ్డ బాబు , ఒక్క నాడన్న ఈ రైతులు గురుతుకు రాక పాయె.

మీ బతుకులేమో కాని బాగా జాలేస్తది సూస్తుంటే, సివరాకరికి ఉద్యమాలల్ల కూడ కాపి కొడ్తే ఎట్లనే అన్న ! మీ విద్యార్తులు కాపి కొడతారు, మీరు కూడా కాపి కొడతారు, అసలు తుపాకి గొట్టం తో తప్ప నీకు ఎపుడైనా జిందగీల, దేనికైనా దీక్ష చెయ్యాలని అనిపిచ్చింద ? నీకు నీ కులపోల్లు, ,మీ ప్రాంతపోల్లు ఎంతమంది వ్యవసాయంల ఆత్మ హత్యలు చేసుకున్రు తండ్రి? పురుగుల మందు , పెరుగన్నంలేక్క తిన్నరు ఎన్నడైనా మీవోల్లను లేక్కడిగితివా? కరెంటు కోసం రోడ్డుమీద పడ్డ మా వోల్లను, హైదరాబాదుల , నట్ట నడి బొడ్డున బషీర్ బాగ్ ల పిట్టల్లెక్క కాలిస్తివి కదా, ఒక్క సారి పానం విలువ ఏందో అలోచిస్తివా, ఎన్ని సావులు ఎన్నెన్ని సావులు నీ హయాంల, రక్తం మరిగిన పులి లెక్క, ఉద్యమాలని, ఉద్యమ కారులని పొట్టన బెట్టుకున్టివి కదనే . చేనేత చావులకి, రైతన్న చావులకి, మైక్రో చావులకి, పోలేపల్లి సావులకి, భూములు పోగొట్టుకుని సావులకి,సింగరేణి సావులకి, పాలమూరు లేబరు గోసలకి, ఉద్యోగాలు పోయి, ఆకలి సావులకి నువ్వు కారణం కాదా?

అవును తుఫాన్ వచ్చింది, మా పంటలు పోయినాయ్, మీకు కూడ పోయినాయ్ , బతుకులు ఆగమైతున్నాయ్, నిజమే, మా తెలంగాణకి ఇవన్ని మామూలే, సావులు సూసి సూసి మా బతుకులు మొద్దు బారినయ్, ఒక వైపు తెలంగాణా పేరు మీద ఒక సంవత్సరంల ఆరువందల సావులు, మరొక వైపు తుఫాను, కరువు కాటకాలు..అయినా మీ పబుత్వాలు, మీ పాలకులు, రాజు తలచుకుంటే దెబ్బలకు కొదవా? మీవోల్లు తలసుకుంటే ఎంతసేపు ఆదుకొవడం , ఆడుకొవడం? దీనికి ఇంత డ్రామాలు ఎందుకు తండ్రి? మల్ల తెలంగాణకి అడ్డం పడదామని అనుకొంటున్నావా? నువ్వు, నీ జేజమ్మలు ఎంతమంది వచ్చినా ఏమి చేయలేరు ఇపుడు..లగడపాటి దీక్షలు చూసినం, మీ విద్యార్తుల దీక్షలు చూసినం, నువ్వు కొంచెం తెలివైనోడివి కదా, ఏకంగా హైదరాబాద్లనే దీక్ష అంటున్టివి, లేకపోతె మల్ల సినిమా లెవెల్ల పారిపోయి రావలె కదా..అల్ ది బెస్ట్ ! నీకు రాజకీయ జీవితం ఇచ్చింది తెలంగాణా, మల్ల నీ నాటకాలకి ఈ ప్రాంతమే దిక్కు. ఇప్పటికైనా ఈ ప్రాంతానికి రుణపడి ఉన్నవని గుర్తుకు పెట్టుకో..

డ్రామాల బాబు! ఇంక మేము చూడలేక పోతున్నాం , ఇంక చాలించు..మీ ప్రాంతానికి పోయి మల్ల ఎలక్షన్ల కి ప్లాన్లు ఏసుకో, ఎమన్నా ఎవరన్న మిగిలుంటే !

Telangana agitation gaining momentum again.

The hunger strike launched by the Osmania University Students Joint Action Committee (OUJAC) members in the Cherlapally central prison entered the fourth day today even as the protests demanding the release of the arrested student leaders started gaining momentum on the OU campus. The agitation is likely to be spread across the region.

The condition of four of the fasting students in the jail has deteriorated and they have been shifted to the Osmania general hospital. “Four of the fasting students started vomiting and they have been shifted to the Osmania hospital for treatment. The condition of the others is normal,” Cherlapally prison superintendent G Jayawardhan said. Nine OU students, including OUJAC leaders D Rajaram Yadav, B Suman and Jaleel, have been on an indefinite fast for the past three days demanding withdrawal of cases against the students who took part in the Telangana agitation.

Meanwhile, four OUJAC students sat on a relay hunger strike on the campus today demanding release of their fellow students from the jail. Leaders of Telangana NGOs’ unions and some OU professors visited the camp.

With no surprises, none of the Andhra Media have shown even a scrolling of it !
