RTC launches toll-free helpline

Hyderabad, December 25 : To address the grievances of commuters, the Andhra Pradesh State Road Transport Corporation on Saturday launched a Toll Free Number.

Launching the Toll Free Number, RTC Managing Director Prasada Rao said that passengers could call 1800 200 4599 to seek redressal of their grievances at anytime and from anywhere. The Toll Free Number would also provide information on bus timings and other vital information.

Prasada Rao appealed to the commuters to utilize the facility and make their journey hassle-free. He also expressed confidence that the debt-ridden RTC would become a profit-run organization soon with the active support of government.
