ఉద్యోగుల సహాయ నిరాకరణకు మద్దతుగా ర్యాలీ

సిద్దిపేట,: పార్లమెంట్‌లో తెలంగాణ బిల్లును ప్రవేశపెట్టాలని డిమాండ్‌ చేస్తూ ఉద్యోగ జేఏసీ ఆద్వర్యంలో చేస్తున్న సహాయ నిరాకరణకు మద్దతుగా శుక్రవారం నాడు రాజకీయ జేఏసీ మద్దతుగా సంఘీభావ ర్యాలీ నిర్వహించింది. పట్టణ వీధుల గుండా ర్యాలీ నిర్వ హించి ఆర్డీఓ కార్యాలయ ఆవరణలో బైటాయించిన ఉద్యోగులకు మద్దతును ప్రకటించారు. ఈ సందర్బంగా మున్సిపల్‌ మాజీ ఛైర్మన్‌ రాజనర్సు మాట్లాడుతూ కాంగ్రెస్‌ ఎంఎల్‌ఏలు ఇప్పటికైనా ప్రజల ఆకాంక్షలకు అనుగు ణంగా ఉద్యమానికి మద్దతు పలకాలన్నారు. పదవులు శాశ్వతం కాదని ప్రజల ఆకాంక్షల కోసం పనిచేస్తున్న వారందరిని ప్రజలు పూవుల్లో పెట్టుకుని మరీ అందలం ఎక్కిస్తారన్నారు. ఇందుకు నిదర్శనంగానే ఉపఎన్నికల్లో రాజీనామాలు చేసిన అభ్యర్థులను తెలంగాణవాదులు భారీ మెజార్టీతో గెలిపిం చారన్నారు. తెలంగాణ రాష్ర్ట ఏర్పాటు సాకారం అయ్యే రోజులు ఎంతో దూరంలో లేవని ఇలాంటి సమయంలో రాజకీయాలు మంచిది కాదన్నారు. జేఏసీ ఇచ్చిన పిలుపు మేరకు పార్టీలకు అతీతంగా ఎజండాలు పక్కనపెట్టి తెలంగాణ రాష్ర్ట సాధన కోసం ఉద్యమిం చాల్సిన అవసరం ఉందన్నారు.

ప్రజల ఆకాంక్షలకు అనుగుణంగా ఉద్యమం లో పాల్గొనని ప్రజాప్రతినిధులు తెలంగాణ ప్రజల చేతిలో భంగపాటుకు గురికాక తప్పద న్నారు. ఉద్యోగుల సహాయ నిరాకరణకు జడ్పీటీసీ బాలం రంగం, ఎంపీపీ ఉపాద్యక్షులు మారెడ్డి రవీందర్‌రెడ్డి, మచ్చ వేణుగోపాల్‌రెడ్డి, కూర బా ్‌రెడ్డి, ఎంపీటీసీలు కొండం సంపత్‌రెడ్డి, శ్రీనివాస్‌యాదవ్‌, సర్పంచ్‌ ర్రె రాజు, జీడిపల్లి కమలాకర్‌రావు, బాలకిషన్‌, నరేష్‌, వెంకట్‌గౌడ్‌, డాల్పిన్‌ మురళీ, పాల సాయిరాం, చిప్ప ప్రభాకర్‌, బూర విజయ, నందాదేవి, మంతూరి పద్మ, సుశీల, టైగర్‌ నర్సమ్మలు సంఘీభావం ప్రకటించారు.అదే విధంగా ఐసీడీఎస్‌ ఉద్యోగులు, రేషన్‌డీలర్ల సంఘం ఆధ్వర్యంలో సహాయ నిరాకరణకు సంఘీభావం ప్రకటిం చారు. అంతకు ముందు ఆర్డీఓ కార్యాలయ ఆవరణలోనే మిహ ళలు బతుకమ్మ, ఉద్యోగులు కబడ్డీ ఆటలను ఆడారు. ఈ కార్యక్రమంలో జేఏసీ నాయకులు విక్రం, శ్రీహరి, వేణు గోపాల్‌రెడ్డి, బిక్షపతి, గురువారెడ్డి, బిక్షపతి, పరమేశ్వర్‌, కమాల్‌, రాజు, మజీద్‌, చంద్రశేఖర్‌రెడ్డి, రాజశేఖరవర్మ, శ్రీనివాస్‌రావు తదితరులు పాల్గొన్నారు.

తెలంగాణ ప్రత్యేక రాష్ర్టం ఏర్పాటు చేయాలని డిమాండ్‌ చేస్తూ శుక్రవారం మండల ఉద్యోగ జేఏసీ ఆద్వర్యంలో నంగునూరులో ర్యాలీ నిర్వహించారు. ఈ సందర్బంగా తహిసీల్దార్‌ కార్యాలయం ఎదుట బైటాయించి నిరసన వ్యక్తం చేశారు. అనంతరం గ్రామ వీధుల గుండా విద్యార్థులు, రాజకీయ జేఏసీ నాయకులు సంఘీభావం తెలిపారు. ఈ సందర్బంగా జేఏసీ నాయకులు నరేందర్‌ మాట్లాడుతూ మార్చి 5వ తేదీ వరకు నిర్వహించే నిరసన కార్యక్రమాల్లో ఉద్యోగులు తప్పనిసరిగా పాలుపంచు కోవాలన్నారు. తెలంగాణ రాష్ర్ట ఏర్పడే వరకు కలిసికట్టుగా పోరాటం చేయాలన్నారు. ఈ కార్యక్రమంలో ఉద్యోగ జేఏసీ నాయకులు ప్రభాకర్‌, సుగుణ, ప్రభాకర ్‌రావు, హరికిషన్‌, ఉపాధ్యాయ జేఏసీ నాయకులు జయ పాల్‌రెడ్డి, విష్ణువర్థన్‌రెడ్డి, రాజయ్య, సుభాష్‌చందర్‌, రాజ కీయ జేఏసీ నాయకులు సారయ్య, జాప శ్రీకాంత్‌రెడ్డి, రమేష్‌గౌడ్‌, సోమిరెడ్డి, సత్యనారాయణ, యాదమల్లు, పురేందర్‌, వేణుచక్రవర్తి, సతీష్‌గౌడ్‌ తదితరులు పాల్గొన్నా

ఉత్తరాంధ్రతో.. తెలంగాణ !

హైదరాబాద్‌,  తెలంగాణలో ఉత్తరాం ధ్రకు చెందిన మూడు జిల్లాలు కలిపి హైదరాబాద్‌ స్టేట్‌ ఏర్పాటు చేయాలనే డిమాండ్‌ తాజాగా తెరమీదికి వచ్చింది. ప్రస్తుతం ఉన్న భౌగోళిక స్వరూపంతో కూడిన తెలంగాణ ప్రాంతంతో ప్రత్యేక రాష్ట్రం తీసుకోవడం వల్ల ఎలాంటి ప్రయోజనం ఉండదని, సముద్ర తీర ప్రాంతంతో కూడిన రాష్ట్రం ఉంటేనే సత్వరంగా అభివృద్ధి చెందడానికి ఆస్కారం ఉంటుందనే ప్రతిపాదనలను అధికార పక్షానికి చెందిన సభ్యులే తెరమీదికి తీసుకొస్తున్నారు.

శ్రీకాకుళం, విజయనగరం, విశాఖపట్నం జిల్లాలను తెలంగాణతో కలిపి కొత్త రాష్ట్రాన్ని ఏర్పాటు చేయడం వల్ల సౌకర్యాలు, వసతులు, సామాజిక, రాజకీయ, వాస్తు... అంశాల పరంగా కలిసి వస్తుందని వారు అభిప్రాయ పడు తున్నారు. ఇలా చేయడం వల్ల రెండు రాష్ట్రాల్లో కాంగ్రెస్‌ మరింత బలపడుతుందని, అన్ని వర్గాల వారికి కలిసొస్తుం దంటూ పాలకపక్షానికి చెందిన తెలంగాణ, ఉత్తరాంధ్ర నేతలు పలువురు గట్టిగా నమ్ముతున్నారు. ఇదే విషయమై శుక్రవారం కాంగ్రెస్‌కు చెందిన కొందరు సభ్యులు అసెంబ్లీ లాబీల్లో విస్తృతంగా ప్రచారం చేశారు.

టిఆర్‌ఎస్‌, తెలం గాణ టీడిపి, సిపిఐ సభ్యులతో పాటు తెలంగాణ, ఉత్తరాం ధ్ర జిల్లాలకు చెందిన పార్టీ సభ్యుల చెవిలో సైతం పడే శారు. అదే విధంగా తెలంగాణ కాంగ్రెస్‌ ఎంపీలకు ఫోన్ల ద్వారా ఈ ప్రతిపాదనలు తెలియజేశారు. ఈ మూడు జిల్లాలను కలుపుకుంటే తెంలగాణకు కలిసొచ్చే ఆంశా లను సభ్యులందరికి వివరించారు. దీంతో వారు కొత్త వాదంపై ఆలోచనలో పడినట్లు తెలుస్తోంది. వారిలో కొందరైతే ఇలాగైతే బాగుంటుందంటూ ఈ ప్రతిపాదన లను తెరమీదకు తీసుకొచ్చిన అధికార పక్ష సభ్యులకు ఫోన్లు చేసి అభినందించడం మొదలుపెట్టారు. ఈ కొత్త డిమాండ్‌ను కేంద్రం, పార్టీ అధిష్టానం దృష్టికి తీసుకెళ్ళేం దుకు వారు సిద్ధమవుతున్నారు.

తెలంగాణలోని పది జిల్లాలతో పాటు ఉత్తరాంధ్రలోని శ్రీకాకుళం, విజయనగరం, విశాఖపట్నం జిల్లాలను కలిపి తెలంగాణ రాష్ట్రానికి బదులు హైదరాబాద్‌ స్టేట్‌ ఏర్పాటు చేయాలనే డిమాండ్‌ ఇప్పుడు తెరమీదకు వస్తున్నది. ఉత్తరాంధ్రలోని ఆ మూడు జిల్లాలు కూడా తెలంగాణ తర హాలోనే వెనుకబడ్డ ప్రాంతాలే. అందుకే వాటిని తెలంగాణ ప్రాంతంలో కలుపుకుంటే రెండు ప్రాంతాలకు న్యాయం జరుగుతుంది. అంతే కాకుండా కొత్తగా ఏర్పాటయ్యే రాష్ట్రానికి సముద్ర తీరప్రాంతం ఉంటుంది. మూడు ఓడరేవులు, మరో అంతర్జాతీయ విమానాశ్రయం కొత్త రాష్ట్రానికి లభిస్తుంది. ఐటి రంగంలో విశాఖ అభివృద్ధి చెందుతున్నది. పెట్రో కారిడార్‌, మూడు థర్మల్‌ పవర్‌ ప్లాంట్లు, ఖనిజ సంబద, మరో ప్రఖ్యాత యూనివర్సిటీ కొత్త రాష్ట్రంలో ఉంటాయి.ఉత్తరాంధ్రలోని మూడు జిల్లాలను కలిపి రాష్ట్రాన్ని ఏర్పాటు చేసినప్పుడు దాన్ని తెలంగాణ అని కాకుండా హైదరాబాద్‌ స్టేట్‌గా ప్రకటిస్తే బాగుంటుంది. పైగా ప్రస్తుత రాజధాని హైదరాబాద్‌ తమకు కావాలని మరొకరు డిమాండ్‌ చేసే పరిస్థితి ఉండదు.

ఇక వాస్తుపరంగా కూడా ఈ కొత్త ప్రతిపాదన బాగా కలిసొస్తుందంటున్నారు. ప్రస్తుతం ఉన్న తెలంగాణ బౌగో ళిక స్వరూపంలో వాస్తు దోషం ఉంది. అందుకే గత నలభై ఏళ్ళుగా ప్రత్యేక రాష్ట్రం కోసం ఉద్యమాలు జరుగుతున్న, వేలాది మంది ప్రాణాలు కోల్పోయినా రాష్ట్రం ఏర్పాటు కాలేదు. కొత్తగా ఉత్తరాంధ్రకు చెందిన మూడు జిల్లాలను కలుపుకోవడం వల్ల ఈశాన్యం (నార్త్‌ ఈస్ట్‌) వైపు నీళ్ళు కలిగి భూమి పల్లంగా ఉండటం, నైరుతి వైపు కొండలు, బరువుతో ఎత్తు ప్రాంతం ఉండటం వల్ల వాస్తు ప్రకారంగా కొత్త రాష్ట్రానికి బాగా కలిసొస్తుంది. ప్రపంచంలో మరే రాష్ట్రం అభివృద్ధి చెందని విధంగా రాష్ట్రం ప్రగతి సాధిస్తుం ది. ఖమ్మం, భద్రాచలం, ఎగువ సీలేరు, దిగువ సీలేరు, నర్సిపట్నం మీదుగా విశాఖ వరకు జాతీయ రహాదారి, రైల్వే లైన్లు వేసుకోవడం ద్వారా రవాణా వ్యవస్థ మరింత మెరుగుపడుతుంది. సామాజిక ఆంశాలు కూడా ప్రతిపా దిత కొత్త రాష్ట్రానికి బాగా కలిసొస్తాయి. సముద్రం, వనరులతో కూడిన తెలంగాణ ఉంటేనే లాభం. ఇది ముందు తరాలకు కూడా బాగా ఉపయోగ పడుతుంది.

ఇక రాజకీయ పరమైన అంశాలకు వస్తే తెలంగాణ, ఉత్తరాంధ్రలోని మూడు జిల్లాలు కలుపుకుంటే మొత్తం 13 రాష్ట్రాలతో హైదరాబాద్‌ స్టేట్‌ ఆవిర్భవిస్తుంది. శాసన సభ్యుల సంఖ్య 153, లోక్‌సభ సభ్యుల సంఖ్య 22కు చేరుతుంది. అసెంబ్లీలో తెలంగాణ తీర్మానం ప్రవేశ పెట్టినా మెజారిటీతో సునాయసంగా అది నెగ్గుతుంది. బిజెపి లాంటి మతతత్వ పార్టీలు బలపడేందుకు అవకాశం ఉండదు. ఇదే భయంతో మజ్లిస్‌ తెలంగాణ రాష్ట్రాన్ని వ్యతిరేకిస్తున్నది. ఉత్తరాంధ్ర జిల్లాలు మూడు కలిస్తే అలాంటి భయమే ఉండదు. సామాజిక సమతుల్యత ఉంటుంది.

తెలంగాణ ప్రాంతం నుంచి ముఖ్యమంత్రి, ఉత్తరాంధ్ర నుంచి డిప్యూటీ సిఎం, అటువారు సిఎం అయితే ఇటు నుంచి డిప్యూటీ సిఎం ఇలా పదవుల విషయంలో కూడా అవగాహనతో ముందుకు వెళ్ళొచ్చు. పైగా ఉత్తరాంధ్ర జిల్లాలోని ప్రజాప్రతినిధులు, మెజారిటీ ప్రజలందరు తెలంగాణతో కలిసి ఉండటంలో తమకు ఎలాంటి అభ్యంతరం లేదంటున్నారు. వారితో తెలంగాణ వారికి సైతం పెద్దగా సమస్యలు ఉండవు. రాయలసీమ, కోస్తాలోని మిగతా జిల్లాలతో ఏర్పాటయ్యే రాష్ట్రంలో చిరంజీవికి బాధ్యతలు అప్పగించడం, టిఆర్‌ఎస్‌ను కాంగ్రెస్‌లో విలీనం చేసుకోవడం ద్వారా రెండు రాష్ట్రాల్లో కాంగ్రెస్‌ మరింత బలంగా ఎదుగుతుంది. అధికార పక్షానికి చెందిన తెలంగాణ, ఉత్తరాంధ్ర ప్రాంతాల ఎమ్మెల్యేలు కొందరు ఈ అంశాలన్నింటిని వివరిస్తూ శుక్రవారం అసెంబ్లీలో లాబీల్లో, ఆయా పార్టీల సభ్యుల చాంబర్లలో విస్తృతంగా ప్రచారం సాగించారు. ఈ తాజా ప్రతిపాదనలపై టిఆర్‌ఎస్‌, తెలంగాణ టీడిపి, సిపిఐ, తెలంగాణ కాంగ్రెస్‌ ఎమ్మెల్యేలు, ఎంపీలు సానుకూలంగా స్పందించడమే కాకుండా దీనిపై లోతుగా ఆలోచనలు చేస్తున్నట్లు తెలుస్తోంది

పది లక్షల మందితో హైదరాబాద్‌ దిగ్బంధం

హైదరాబాద్‌,మేజర్‌న్యూస్‌: తెలంగాణ రాష్ట్రంలో ఉద్యోగులకు స్పెషల్‌ ఇంక్రిమెంట్లు ఇస్తామని టీఆర్‌ఎస్‌ అధినేత కే.చంద్రశేఖర్‌రావు ప్రకటించారు. తెలంగాణ వచ్చేదాకా పోరాటం కొనసాగిద్దామని ఉద్యోగులకు విజ్ఞప్తి చేశారు. మార్చి10న ‘మిలియన్‌ మార్చ్‌ టు హైదరాబాద్‌’ కార్యక్రమం చేపట్టనున్నట్లు తెలిపారు. 10 లక్షల మందితో హైదరాబాద్‌ నగరాన్ని దిగ్బంధించనున్నట్లు కేసీఆర్‌ తెలిపారు. రోడ్ల ద్వారా హైదరాబాద్‌లోకి ఒక్క చీమను కూడా దూరనిచ్చేది లేదన్నారు. రోడ్లపైనే వంటావార్పు ఉంటుందని చెప్పారు. శనివారం ఇంటర్మీడియట్‌ బోర్డు కార్యాలయంలో లెక్చరర్లు చేస్తున్న రిలే నిరాహార దీక్షా శిబిరాన్ని కేసీఆర్‌ సందర్శించి సంఘీభావం తెలిపారు.

ఈ సందర్భంగా కేసీఆర్‌ మాట్లాడుతూ సహాయ నిరాకరణ చేస్తున్న ఉద్యోగులపై ప్రభుత్వం కక్షసాధింపు చర్యలకు పాల్పడితే సార్వత్రిక సమ్మెకు పిలిపునిస్తామని హెచ్చరించారు. పార్లమెంట్‌లో తెలంగాణ బిల్లు పెట్టాలనిగత తొమ్మిది రోజులుగా తెలంగాణ ఉద్యోగులు చేపట్టిన సహాయ నిరాకరణపై ప్రభుత్వం స్పందించటం లేదని టీజేఏసీ చైర్మన్‌ కోదండరామ్‌ చెప్పారు. శనివారం ఇంటర్మీడియట్‌ బోర్డు కార్యాలయం ఎదుట లెక్చరర్లు దీక్షా శిబిరాన్ని కోదండరామ్‌ సందర్శించారు. ఈ సందర్భంగా ఆయన మాట్లాడుతూ తెలంగాణా బిల్లు ప్రవేశపెట్టకపోతే ప్రభుత్వానికి సహకరించేది లేదని తెలంగాణ కాంగ్రెస్‌ ఎంపీలు చెబితే కేంద్ర ప్రభుత్వం దిగిరాదా అని ప్రశ్నించారు. మార్చి 1న తెలంగాణ ప్రాంతం ద్వారా ఢిల్లీకి ఒక్క రైలు కూడా వెళ్ళనివ్వకుండా రైల్‌రోకో కార్యక్రమం చేస్తున్నట్లు తెలిపారు.

‘కారు’ కలిస్తేనే .. తెలంగాణ

ఇప్పటిదాకా అన్ని పార్టీలపై ఒత్తిడి పెంచుతున్న టీఆర్‌ఎస్‌ ఇకపై తానే ఒత్తిడి ఎదుర్కోనుంది. తెలం గాణ రాష్ట్ర ఏర్పాటు వ్యవహారం ఇప్పుడు టీఆర్‌ఎస్‌ కోర్టుకే చేరింది. టీఆర్‌ఎస్‌ తన పార్టీలో విలీనం అయితేనే రాష్ట్ర విభజనకు అంగీకరిస్తామని కాం గ్రెస్‌ నాయకత్వం తనను కలుస్తున్న తెలంగాణ కాంగ్రెస్‌ పార్టీ పార్లమెంటు సభ్యులకు స్పష్టం చేయ డంతో.. ఇకపై టీఆర్‌ఎస్‌పై ఒత్తిడి పెంచాలని కాంగ్రెస్‌ ఎంపీలు నిర్ణయించుకున్నట్లు సమా చారం. తెలంగాణ ఉద్యమం ఉధృతమవుతున్న నేపథ్యంలో తమపై పెరుగుతున్న ఒత్తిళ్ల నుంచి రక్షించాలంటూ ఇటీవల కొందరు ఎంపీలు ప్రణబ్‌ముఖర్జీ, అహ్మద్‌పటేల్‌ వద్దకు వెళ్లారు.

ఉద్యోగులు సహాయ నిరాకరణ చేస్తున్నారని, జేఏసీ సైతం తమను ఇబ్బందిపెడుతోందంటూ వారు మొరపెట్టుకున్నారు. అసెంబ్లీలో టీఆర్‌ఎస్‌ రోజూ తెలంగాణ తీర్మానం కోసం స్తంభింపచేస్తోందని, ఫలితంగా ప్రజల్లో కాంగ్రెస్‌ ఎంపీలు ఏమీ చేయ డం లేదన్న వ్యతిరేకత పెరుగుతోందని ఆవేదన వ్యక్తం చేశారు. ఎంపీల ఆవేదనవిన్న ప్రణబ్‌, అహ్మద్‌ పటేల్‌ తెలంగాణపై నిర్ణయం రాజ కీయ ప్రయోజనాలతో ముడిపడి ఉందని, అందుకు మీరు కూడా సహకరించాలని స్పష్టం చేశారు. టీఆర్‌ఎస్‌ను కాంగ్రెస్‌లో విలీనం చేస్తేనే రాష్ట్ర విభ జనకు కేంద్రం నిర్దిష్ట నిర్ణయం తీసుకుంటుందని చెప్పారు. తెలంగాణ రాష్ట్రం ప్రకటించి, టీఆర్‌ ఎస్‌కు రాజకీయ ప్రయోజనం పొందమని చెప్ప లేము కదా? అని సూటిగానే ప్రశ్నించినట్లు తెలిసింది. పీఆర్పీని విలీనం చేయడం ద్వారా కోస్తాలో పార్టీ బలపడిందని వివరించారు.

అదేవిధంగా తెలంగాణలో కూడా టీఆర్‌ఎస్‌ను విలీనం చేసుకోవడం ద్వారా అక్కడ కూడా పార్టీ బలపడాలన్నదే పార్టీ విధానమని వారికి స్పష్టం చేసినట్లు సమాచారం. ఇదే విషయాన్ని అహ్మద్‌పటేల్‌ సైతం పీసీసీ అధ్యక్షుడు డి.శ్రీనివాస్‌కు చెప్పినట్లు తెలుస్తోంది. టీఆర్‌ఎస్‌ను కాంగ్రెస్‌లో విలీనం చేస్తే తప్ప తెలంగాణ రాష్ట్ర ం ఇవ్వడం సాధ్యం కాదని, ఆ మేరకు మీరు టీఆర్‌ఎస్‌ను ఒప్పించాలని కూడా డీఎస్‌కు సూచించినట్లు తెలిసింది. ‘విలీనంపై మీరంతా టీఆర్‌ఎస్‌పై ఎంత ఒత్తిడి తీసుకువస్తే మేం కూడా అంత త్వరగా నిర్ణయం తీసుకుంటామ’ని విస్పష్టంగా చెప్పినట్లు పార్టీ వర్గాల సమాచారం.

దీనితో.. తెలంగాణ రావాలంటే టీఆర్‌ఎస్‌ కాంగ్రెస్‌లో విలీనం కావాలన్న నినాదంతో ఒత్తిడి చేయాలని కాంగ్రెస్‌ ఎంపీలు నిర్ణయించుకున్నట్లు తెలిసింది. ఆ మేరకు ఒత్తిడి పెంచితే ప్రజల నుంచి కూడా టీఆర్‌ఎస్‌ను కాంగ్రెస్‌లో విలీనం చేయాలన్న డిమాండ్‌ వస్తుందని భావిస్తున్నారు. టీఆర్‌ఎస్‌ విలీనం అయితే, తెలంగాణ త్వరగా వస్తుందన్న ప్రచారం ఉధృతం చేయాలని నిర్ణయించారు. ఇప్పటికే సర్వే సత్యనారాయణ వంటి ఎంపీలు టీఆర్‌ఎస్‌ వెంటనే కాంగ్రెస్‌లో విలీనం చేస్తే అమ్మగారు (సోనియా) వెంటనే తెలంగాణ ఇచ్చేస్తుందని, ఇక తెలంగాణ వచ్చిన తర్వాత టీఆర్‌ఎస్‌ ఎందుకని కేసీఆర్‌ సమక్షంలోనే సర్వే వ్యాఖ్యానించిన విషయం తెలిసిందే. మరో సందర్భంలో సర్వేనే ‘టీఆర్‌ఎస్‌ విలీనం కాకుండా కాంగ్రెస్‌ తెలంగాణ ఎలా ఇస్తుంది.

వాళ్లకు పొలిటికల్‌ అడ్వాంటేజ్‌ ఇచ్చి మేం నష్టపోవాలా?’ అని ప్రశ్నించటం గమనార్హం. అప్పుడు సోనియా తెలంగాణ ఇస్తే ఆమె కాళ్లు కడిగి నెత్తిన చల్లుకునేందుకు సైతం సిద్ధంగా ఉన్నానని, తెలంగాణ వస్తే తాను బర్ఖాస్‌ అయ్యేందుకు సిద్ధమేనని స్వయంగా కేసీఆర్‌ కూడా ప్రకటించారు.మరోవైపు.. డీఎస్‌ కూడా టీఆర్‌ఎస్‌ను కాంగ్రెస్‌లో విలీనం చేయాలని కేసీఆర్‌ను కోరుతున్నట్లు తెలుస్తోంది. ఆ మేరకు అధిష్ఠానం నుంచి తనకు వచ్చిన ఆదేశాలను డీఎస్‌ వివరించినట్లు సమాచారం. అయితే.. ముందు తెలంగాణ ఇవ్వాలని, ఆ తర్వాతే తమ పార్టీని విలీనం చేస్తామని కేసీఆర్‌ చెప్పినట్లు కాంగ్రెస్‌ వర్గాల్లో ప్రచారం జరుగుతోంది.

కాగా, కేసీఆర్‌ మాటలను విశ్వసించడానికి లేదని, ఒకవేళ ఆయన మాట నమ్మి తెలంగాణ ప్రకటిస్తే ఆ తర్వాత విలీనంపై అడ్డం తిరిగితే మళ్లీ కాంగ్రెస్‌ టీఆర్‌ఎస్‌పై ఆధారపడక తప్పదంటున్నారు. అందుకే ముందు జాగ్రత్తగానే విలీనం షరతు విధించినట్లు పార్టీ నేతలు విశ్లేషిస్తున్నారు.ఈ నేపథ్యంలో టీఆర్‌ఎస్‌ ఇకపై కాంగ్రెస్‌ నుంచి ఒత్తిళ్లు ఎదుర్కోనుంది. తెలంగాణ రాష్ట్ర సాధనే టీఆర్‌ఎస్‌ ధ్యేయమని చెబుతున్నందున.. తెలంగణ ఇచ్చేందుకు సిద్ధంగా ఉన్న కాంగ్రెస్‌లో టీఆర్‌ఎస్‌ను విలీనం చేస్తే తెలంగాణ వెంటనే వస్తుందన్న వాదనతో కాంగ్రెస్‌ తెరపైకి రానుంది. కేసీఆర్‌ మళ్లీ తాజాగా రూటు మార్చి కాంగ్రెస్‌ను విమర్శిస్తుండటంతో కాంగ్రెస్‌ సైతం టీఆర్‌ఎస్‌ను త్వరగా విలీనం చేసుకునేందుకు సిద్ధమవుతోంది.

Today Hyderabad. Tomorrow Telangana? Hyderabad not a freezone. Assembly to pass a resolution.

The Andhra Pradesh assembly will Thursday pass a resolution urging the central government to bring an amendment to the Presidential Order to protect jobs for the Telangana people in Hyderabad.

At an all-party meet convened Wednesday evening to discuss the Supreme Court’s refusal to review its order declaring Hyderabad a ‘free zone’ for recruitments in government jobs, the Congress government agreed to bring the resolution.

Leaders of all the parties were unanimous that the relevant paragraph of the Presidential Order relating to jobs for locals in Hyderabad should be amended to set aside the court order.

Minister for Information and Public Relations Geeta Reddy told reporters after the meeting that the resolution would be sent to the central government and the home ministry would refer it to the Indian president.

The decision came a day after the Supreme Court refused to admit a petition of the state government, seeking a review of its earlier order declaring Hyderabad a free zone for recruitments in police department.

Earlier, opposition parties stalled the proceedings of the state assembly over the issue, forcing Chief Minister K. Rosaiah to invite an all-party meeting to discuss future course of action.

Rosaiah told the assembly that he had no objection to passing a resolution urging the central government to bring an amendment to set aside the Supreme Court order.

‘Hyderabad is part of sixth zone and not a free zone. Nobody needs to have any doubts over this,’ Rosaiah told the agitated members. He said the issue was sensitive and in Supreme Court and hence could not be discussed in an open house.

Later, Congress MPs from Telangana urged Rosaiah to pass a resolution in the assembly.

Telangana Rashtra Samiti (TRS) chief K. Chandrasekhara Rao, who had revived movement for separate statehood to Telangana following the Supreme Court order last year, warned the government of serious consequences if it failed to protect the interests of Telangana people.

In October last year, the Supreme Court had declared that Hyderabad was not a part of Telangana but a free zone as far as recruitments and postings in government were concerned.

Around one million Telangana people will besiege Hyderabad  on March 10 and stay put till the Centre announces a T state, Telangana Rashtra Samithi (TRS) president K Chandrasekhar Rao has said.

Addressing employees of the Intermediate Board, who have been participating in the non-cooperation movement, at the Board office here today, the TRS chief said on March 10, the city would reverberate with ‘Jai Telangana’ slogans by one million people who would reach here from across Telangana and would not go back till the Central government made a statement on the Telangana issue in the Parliament.

Prime Minister Manmohan Singh would act as per the wishes of UPA chairperson Sonia Gandhi. She had the remote control and this was proved in the Lok Sabha when the TRS and NDA members stalled the proceedings in the House on T issue, the TRS chief said.

“When Opposition leader Sushma Swaraj cornered the Prime Minister on the T issue by explaining that four lakh government employees were not attending duties as part of their non-cooperation movement, the Prime Minister did not speak a single word on the T issue,” the TRS chief said.

“We want to demonstrate people’s wish to the UPA chairperson. So we decided to lay siege to Hyderabad,” he said. Telangana people would not get justice in United Andhra Pradesh. “All the problems of T will be solved only in a separate Tstate,” Rao declared.

The TRS would give one special increment to all government employees once the T-state was formed, which would be a Telangana increment, he added.

We have done everything from fast-unto-deaths, rallies, dharnas, garjanas, rail-rokos, rasta-rokos, vanta-varpu, human chains, bandhs, poojas, homams, walking on knees, walking backwards, sweeping streets, cleaning up vehicles, to protesting in hot sun heads-down and legs-up and with sit-ins in ponds all day. What not, we offered fruits and roses and told Andhrites ‘get-well-soon’. We also attempted seizing collectorates and the secretariat! Yet, we end up here where we were on Nov 29, 2009.
Why? Because although we found the most innovative ways to convey our justified aspirations to the world and almost made it on Dec 9, the Andhra businessmen-politicians did just one thing that mattered – lobbying.

Let us Boycott

The goal should be to undermine the strength of our opposition – money and market. Let us re-look at our daily lives and count the number of ways in which we are taking the services/products of our opposition.

We have to design ways to eliminate these from our lives and instead use those created by Telangana brethren.

The big fat lie by Moily

Union Law Minister Veerappa Moily’s statement that

The Bill cannot be taken up Parliament till it is passed by the Assembly.

has come as a surprise to many. Article 3 of Indian Constitution clearly states that the state assembly resolution is not necessary or mandatory for passing a bill in the Parliament.

Following is the step wise procedure as proscribed by the Constitution for formation of the new state.

1. The President of India Must FIRST Refer Telangana State Bill to the AP Assembly.


The President will do this after he receives a request from a member of Parliament requests his recommendation for his bill.

This request can be made either by the MPs from the Party in Power or any other MP.

Article 3 of India Constitution specifically removed this power to create a state from the Government of India and gave it to the President of India.

Article 3 also gave the power, to introduce a Bill to create a State, to every MP in office.

2. The President of India is ASKING for AP Assembly’s “VIEWS” ONLY. And NOT FOR Asembly’s CONSENT.

3. The President Must give a TIME FRAME within which the Assembly can submit its “Views”.

4. THEN ONLY the AP Assembly Shall submit its “Views” or even elect not to submit its views.

5. It is IMMATERIAL whether the AP Assembly submits its Views OR NOT

6. The President, after receiving the AP Assembly’s “Views” or after the expiration of the Time Frame stipulated. MUST ADVISE the Parliament to consider the T Bill for discussion EVEN if the AP Assembly does not submit its views.

7. The Parliament will then vote on it to Approve it – Telangana State.

8. Article 3 of India Constitution deliberately disallowed any requirement for Consent of any Institution of the State concerned – Neither the Assembly, nor the Chief Minister, nor the Political parties, nor the Governor nor the majority population of the State concerned. The Constitution clearly states that the Sovereignity is with the People of the State and NOT with the Government or the Legislature or the Governor of the State.
With this understanding, its very clear that Moily has made a big fat lie. The most unfortunate thing is that even the Country’s Law Minister does not know the Constitution, does not even attempt to learn, does not even think, and above all, does not even care for it. DEMOCRACY.
