పల్లెలు, పట్టణాలు ఏకమయ్యాయి.. తెలంగాణ జెండా చేతబట్టి పట్టాలపైకి చేరుకున్నాయి. నాలుగున్నర కోట్ల గొంతుకల ఆకాంక్షను ఎలుగెత్తిచాటాయి. రాజకీయ జేఏసీ ఇచ్చిన పిలుపు మేరకు తెలంగాణ వ్యాప్తంగా రైల్‌రోకో కార్యక్షికమం శనివారం తొలిరోజు గ్రాండ్ సక్సెస్ అయింది. అరెస్టులు, కేసులకు అదరక బెదరక తెలంగాణ ప్రజలు పిల్లాపాపలతో కలిసి రైలు పట్టాలపైకి కదిలివచ్చారు. అన్ని పార్టీల నాయకులు వారికి అండగా నిలిచారు. 33రోజులుగా అలుపెరగకుండా సకలజనుల సమ్మె బాటపట్టిన ఉద్యోగులు, ఉపాధ్యాయులు, సింగరేణి కార్మికులు, కుల సంఘాల నేతలు.. ఇలా అందరూ పట్టాలపైకి చేరుకొని నినదించారు. తెలంగాణ వచ్చేదాకా తెగించి కొట్లాడుతామని ప్రతినబూనారు. ఆది, సోమవారాల్లోనూ రైల్‌రోకోను విజయవంతం చేసి దశాబ్దాల ఆకాంక్షను చాటిచెబుతామన్నారు. నిజామాబాద్ జిల్లా కామాడ్డిలో మహిళలు పెద్దసంఖ్యలో రైలు పట్టాలపైకి చేరుకొని నాలుగు గంటలపాటు పోలీసులను ప్రతిఘటించారు. ప్యాసింజర్ రైలును అడ్డుకున్నారు. రంగాడ్డిలో టీఆర్‌ఎస్, జేఏసీ నేతలను పోలీసులు ముందస్తుగా అరెస్టు చేయడంతో సామాన్య ప్రజలే రైల్‌రోకో నిర్వహించారు.

తాండూరులోని టీఆర్‌ఎస్వీ నేత వాజీద్ ఆత్మహత్యకు యత్నించారు. ఖమ్మంలో ఖాకీల వలయాన్ని ఛేదించుకొని తెలంగాణవాదులు రైళ్లను ఆపేశారు. నల్లగొండలో పట్టాలపైకి చేరుకున్న ముగ్గురు ఎంపీలను, ఇద్దరు ఎమ్మెల్యేలను పోలీసులు అదుపులోకి తీసుకున్నారు. తెల్లవారకముందే హైదరాబాద్‌లో తెలంగాణ బిడ్డలు పట్టాలపైకి చేరుకొని ప్రత్యేక రాష్ట్రం కోసం లొల్లిపెట్టారు. రైల్‌రోకో కార్యక్షికమానికి వెళుతున్న మాజీ మంత్రి నాయిని నర్సింహాడ్డిని పోలీసులు గృహనిర్బంధంలో ఉంచారు. రైల్‌రోకోకు బయలుదేరిన ఉస్మానియా యూనివర్సిటీలో విద్యార్థులను పోలీసు బలగాలు అడ్డుకున్నాయి. మెదక్‌లో 385 మందిని పోలీసులు అరెస్టు చేశారు. ఆదిలాబాద్ జిల్లాలో ఎమ్మెల్యేలు అరవిందర్‌డ్డి, నల్లాల ఓదెలు, కావేటి సమయ్యలను పోలీసులు శుక్రవారం అర్ధరాత్రి నుంచి నిర్బంధంలో ఉంచారు. పాలమూరులో పట్టాలపైకి చేరుకున్న తెలంగాణవాదులను ఎక్కడికక్కడ అదుపులోకి తీసుకున్నారు.

అయినా ప్రజలు తెగించి రైళ్లను ఆపేశారు. తెలంగాణ దెబ్బకు కాజీపేట నుంచి కేవలం ఖాళీ భోగీలతోనే ప్యాసింజర్ రైలు విజయవాడకు బయలుదేరింది. రైల్‌రోకో కారణంగా తెలంగాణలో కేవలం ఆరు ఎక్స్‌వూపెస్, ఆరు ప్యాసింజర్ రైళ్లు మాత్రమే నడిచాయని అదనపు డీజీపీ(శాంతి భద్రతలు) ఎస్‌ఏ హుదా తెలిపారు. హైదరాబాద్‌లో 33 మెట్రో రైళ్లు తిరిగాయన్నారు. శనివారం దాదాపుగా ప్రజారవాణా స్తంభించిపోయింది. ఉత్తర, దక్షిణ భారతాలను కలిపే ప్రధాన రైల్వే మార్గం తెలంగాణ నుంచే వెళుతుండటంతో రెండు ప్రాంతాల మధ్య సంబంధం పూర్తిగా తెగిపోయింది. ముందస్తుగా 124 ప్రధాన రైళ్లతోపాటు భారీగా ప్యాసింజర్ రైళ్లను దక్షిణ మధ్య రైల్వే రద్దు చేసింది. మరికొన్ని రైళ్లను దారిమళ్లించింది. రైలోరోకో కారణంగా తెలంగాణవాదులను పెద్ద సంఖ్యలో పోలీసులు అరెస్టు చేశారు. వీరిలో అధికార పార్టీ కాంగ్రెస్‌కు చెందిన ఎంపీలు, ఎమ్మెల్యేలతో పాటు ఇతర పార్టీల ఎంపీలు, ఎమ్మెల్యేలు ఉన్నారు. కరీంనగర్‌లో ఎంపీ పొన్నం ప్రభాకర్, ఎమ్మెల్యేలు కొప్పుల ఈశ్వర్, మోహన్‌లను పోలీసులు అదుపులోకి తీసుకున్నారు. వాహనంలోకి ఎక్కించేటప్పుడు పొన్నం కిందపడ్డా వదలలేదు. ఆయనకు 14 రోజుల రిమాండ్ విధించారు. ఇదే జిల్లాలోని ఉప్పల్ స్టేషన్‌లో వేలాది మందితో టీఆర్‌ఎస్ ఎల్పీ నేత ఈటెల రాజేందర్ రైల్‌రోకో నిర్వహించారు. వరంగల్ జిల్లాలో ఎంపీ రాజయ్యను అరెస్టు చేసి రైల్వే రక్షణ చట్టం కింద కేసు నమోదు చేశారు.

కరీంనగర్‌లో ఎంపీ వివేక్, మెదక్ జిల్లా అక్కన్నపేటలో ఎమ్మెల్యే హరీష్‌రావు, హైదరాబాద్ లక్డీకాపూల్‌లో ఎంపీ విజయశాంతి, మౌలాలి రైల్వే స్టేషన్‌లో తెలంగాణ జాగృతి అధ్యక్షురాలు కవిత, మహబూబాబాద్‌లో ఎంపీ బలరాంనాయక్, ఎమ్మెల్యే కవిత, సీతాఫల్‌మండీలో పోలీసుల పట్ల అభ్యంతరకరంగా ప్రవర్తించారన్న నేరారోపణలపై టీఆర్‌ఎస్ ఎమ్మెల్యే కేటీఆర్‌ను అరెస్టు చేశారు. నిజామాబాద్‌లో ఎంపీ మధుయాష్కీ, ఎమ్మెల్యే రవీందర్‌డ్డిలను అదుపులోకి తీసుకున్నారు. ఎంపీలు, ఎమ్మెల్యేలను రాత్రి పూట కూడా పోలీస్‌స్టేషన్‌లోనే ఉంచారు. రైల్‌రోకో సందర్భంగా తెలంగాణవాదులను పోలీసులు అక్రమంగా నిర్బంధించారని పేర్కొంటూ న్యాయవాదుల జేఏసీ రాష్ట్ర మానవ హక్కుల కమిషన్‌కు ఫిర్యాదు చేసింది.

రైల్వే ఆస్తులకు ఎలాంటి నష్టం కలిగించనప్పటికీ ముందస్తు అరెస్టుల పేరిట ఉద్యమకారులను నిర్బంధించారని, వారిని వెంటనే విడుదల చేసేలా ఆదేశించాలని కోరింది. అరెస్టుల పర్వంపై ఎంపీ మధుయాష్కీ నిప్పులు చెరిగారు. ఉద్యమాన్ని సీఎం, గవర్నర్, పీపీసీ చీఫ్ కుట్రపూరితంగా అణచివేస్తున్నారని మండిపడ్డారు. తెలంగాణ కోసం తామంతా జీవిత ఖైదీలుగా జైలుకు వెళ్తామని ఎంపీ కేశవరావు చెప్పారు. కాగా.. రైల్‌రోకోలో ఎంపీలు, ఎమ్మెల్యేలపై పెట్టిన కేసులను ఎత్తివేయాలని టీ మంత్రులు సీఎంను కోరారు. ఈ మేరకు మంత్రులు గీతాడ్డి, బస్వరాజు సారయ్య, శ్రీధర్‌బాబు, సుదర్శన్‌డ్డి, అరుణ సీఎంను కలిసి విజ్ఞప్తి చేశారు. సీఎం నుంచి హామీని సాధించలేక పోయారు. పైగా సమ్మె విజయవంతమైందని, ఉద్యోగులు సమ్మె విరమించి విధుల్లోకి చేరాలని, తాము రాజకీయంగా సమస్య పరిష్కారానికి కృషి చేస్తామని చెప్పారు. అయి తే తెలంగాణ ఉద్యమాన్ని ముం దుండి నడిపించాలని సీనియర్ మంత్రి జానాడ్డిని నాయకుడిగా ఎన్నుకుంటే ఆయన ఉద్యమానికి వెన్నుపోటు పొడుస్తున్నారని యాష్కీ ఘాటుగా విమర్శించారు.

హైదరాబాద్, అక్టోబర్ 14  : ‘‘ఉద్యోగులు సర్వస్వాన్ని త్యాగం చేసి తెలంగాణ ఉద్యమంలో పాల్గొంటున్నారు. జీతభత్యాలు లేకున్నా, పండుగలు పబ్బాలు చేసుకోకుండా, ఆకలి దప్పులతో అలమటిస్తూ, తీవ్ర ఇబ్బందుల మధ్య తెలంగాణ ప్రజల పక్షాన నికరంగా నిలబడి పోరాడుతున్నారు. కానీ.. ఉద్యమంలో ముందు వరుసలో ఉండాల్సిన రాజకీయ నాయకులు మాత్రం ప్రేక్షక పాత్ర పోషిస్తున్నారు. తెలంగాణ ఉద్యమంలో రాజకీయ నాయకులు శిఖండి పాత్ర పోషిస్తున్నారు. ఎలాంటి త్యాగాలు చేయకుండా, తెలంగాణ ప్రజల ఘోష పట్టించుకోకుండా నిర్లక్ష్యపూరితంగా వ్యవహరిస్తున్నారు’’ అని ఉద్యోగ సంఘాల జేఏసీ చైర్మన్ కే స్వామిగౌడ్ తీవ్ర ఆవేదన వెలిబుచ్చారు. ఉద్యమం పట్ల ఉదాసీనంగా ఉంటున్న రాజకీయ నాయకులకు ప్రజలు గుణపాఠం చెప్పి తీరుతారని ఆగ్రహం వ్యక్తం చేశారు. ఇందుకు చరిత్ర నిండా సాక్ష్యాలున్నాయని గుర్తు చేశారు.

కాసేపు ధర్నాలో పాల్గొని తర్వాత ఇంటికి వెళ్లిపోతున్నారని, వారి వ్యాపారాలకు, కాంట్రాక్టులకు, ఎలాంటి నష్టం జరుగకుండా చూసుకుంటున్నారని ఉద్యోగసంఘాల నేత ధ్వజమెత్తారు. ఉద్యోగులు 780 కోట్ల రూపాయలను నష్టపోయారని చెప్పిన స్వామిగౌడ్.. రాజకీయ నాయకత్వం ఆర్థికంగా వారు ఎంత మేరకు నష్టపోయిందని సూటిగా ప్రశ్నించారు. రాజకీయ నాయకుల ద్రోహాన్ని, ఉద్యోగుల ఇక్కట్లను వివరిస్తూ ఓ దశలో కన్నీటిపర్యంతమయ్యారు. తెలంగాణ ఐక్యవేదిక జూబ్లీహాల్‌లో శుక్రవారం రౌండ్ సమావేశం నిర్వహించింది. ఈ కార్యక్షికమంలో స్వామిగౌడ్ మాట్లాడుతూ రాజకీయ నాయకత్వంపై పదునైన విమర్శలతో విరుచుకుపడ్డారు. ఫిబ్రవరి 17 నుండి మార్చి 4 వరకు జరిగిన సహాయ నిరాకరణ ఉద్యమ సందర్భంలో కూడా రాజకీయ నాయకత్వం శిఖండి పాత్రనే పోషించిందని ఆయన దుయ్యబట్టారు. 8 లక్షల మంది ఉద్యోగులు జీతభత్యాలను త్యాగం చేశారని స్వామిగౌడ్ అన్నారు.

తెలంగాణలోని అన్ని జిల్లాలలో ఉద్యోగ సంఘాల నాయకులపైన అక్రమ కేసులు బనాయించారని చెప్పారు. ఉద్యోగుల కష్టాలను, కన్నీళ్లను కనీస సానుభూతితో అర్థం చేసుకుంటున్న వారే కరువయ్యారని ఆయన ఆవేదన వ్యక్తం చేశారు. సకల జనుల సమ్మెను సకల ఉద్యోగుల సమ్మెగా మార్చేందుకు, మొత్తం ఉద్యోగుల మీదనే బండరాయి పెట్టేందుకు రాజకీయ నాయకత్వం సిద్ధమైందని ఆయన ఆరోపించారు. ఈ వైఖరిని రాజకీయ నాయకులు మార్చుకోవాలని, సకల జనులతో కలిసి రావాలని ఆయన విజ్ఞప్తి చేశారు. తమ కష్టాలకు, నష్టాలకు తమకు దుఃఖం రావడం లేదని, రాజకీయ నాయకత్వం శిఖండులుగా ఉన్నందుననే ఎక్కువ దుఃఖం వస్తున్నదని ఆయన వ్యాఖ్యానించారు.

అసలే అర్ధాకలితో ఉన్న లక్షన్నర ఔట్‌సోర్సింగ్ ఉద్యోగులు సమ్మెబాటపట్టి నెలరోజులుగా ఆకలితో ఘోషపడుతున్నారని చెప్పారు. ఇన్ని నష్టాలు జరుగుతున్నా రాజకీయ నాయకుల మనసులు కరగడం లేదని ఆయన దుమ్మెత్తి పోశారు. తెలంగాణ ప్రజల ఓట్లతో గెలిచిన ప్రజా ప్రతినిధులు తెలంగాణ ప్రజల ఆకాంక్షల పక్షాన ఎందుకు నిలిచి పోరాడటం లేదని ఆయన నిలదీశారు. 650 మంది బిడ్డలను పోగొట్టుకున్న తల్లుల ఆక్రందనలు రాజకీయ నాయకత్వాన్ని ప్రశ్నిస్తూనే ఉంటాయని ఆయన అన్నారు. రాజకీయ ప్రతినిధులు ఇళ్లలోకి తాము వెళ్లి ఉద్యమంలోకి రావాలని వారిని బతిమిలాడామని చెప్పారు. ఎంతో బతిమిలాడితే కాసేపు ధర్నాలో పాల్గొని తర్వాత ఇంటికి వెళ్లిపోతున్నారని, వారి వ్యాపారాలకు, కాంట్రాక్టులకు, ఎలాంటి నష్టం జరుగకుండా చూసుకుంటున్నారని ఉద్యోగసంఘాల నేత ధ్వజమెత్తారు.ఎన్ని కష్టాలనైనా ఓర్చుకొని చివరివరకు తెలంగాణ ప్రజల పక్షాన పోరాడి తీరుతామని ఆయన స్పష్టం చేశారు. ఆయన గద్గద స్వరంతో మాట్లాడుతున్నప్పుడు హాలులో చాలామంది నివ్వెరపోయారు.

నవ్వే గాయం సింగరేణి

సింగరేణి అంటేనే నవ్వే గాయం. తిరగేసిన చెమ్మసు. ఎగురుతున్న సుత్తి కొడవలి. సింగరేణి కార్మికులు తెలంగాణ ఆకాంక్ష సాకారం కోసం 32 రోజులుగా సమ్మె చేస్తున్న సందర్భంలో సమ్మెను విచ్ఛిన్నం చేయడం కోసం రాజ్యం నల్ల నేలను యుద్ధభూమిగా మార్చినా రాజీ పడడం లేదు. రాజ్యం విధానా ల ఫలితంగా ఎన్నో గాయాలు ఇప్పటికే ఉన్నప్పటికి, వాటిని పెద్దగా పట్టించుకోకుండానే ఉద్యమాలే ఊపిరిగా బతికే ఉద్యమ కెరటాలున్న నేల ఇది. నక్సలైట్ల పేరుమీద ఇప్పటి దాకా 69 మంది నేల బిడ్డలు ఎన్‌కౌంటర్‌ల పేరిట కాల్చివేతకు గురయ్యారు. 1942 నుంచి ఉద్యమిస్తున్న ఈ గడ్డలో అప్పటి శేషగిరి మొదలు మొన్నటి సికాస నేతలు రమాకాంత్, విశ్వనాథ్, కట్ల మల్లేష్, వరకు ఎన్‌కౌంటర్‌లలో మరణించారు. అలాగే గోదావరిఖనిలో జరిగిన రెండు అతి పెద్ద ప్రమాదాలపై కోర్టు ఆఫ్ ఎంకై్వయిరీ వేసి దాని విచారణను జస్టిస్ బిలాల్ నఖ్వీ చేపట్టి రిపోర్ట్ ఇచ్చినా దానిపై చర్యలు లేవు. అయినా ఉద్యమాలలో సింగరేణి కార్మికులు అన్ని దిగమింగుకుంటూనే ముందున్నారు.

123 సంవత్సరాల చరిత్ర గల సంస్థలో కేవలం 65 శాతం మందికే గృహ వసతిని యాజమాన్యం కల్పించింది. మిగతా వారంతా అద్దె ఇండ్లలో, స్వంత ఇండ్లలోనే ఉంటున్నారు. అక్కడ గడప, గడప మానవీయత ఉట్టిపడుతుంది.అసలు సిసలైన మట్టిమనుషులు జీవించే ప్రాంతమది. ఎదనిండ ఎన్నో వెతలు మోస్తూ మదినిండా మమతలు పంచే అమ్మకలక్కలు ఎంతో మంది దసరా పూట ఉద్యమంలో ఉన్నరు. 60 ఏండ్ల ప్రత్యేక తెలంగాణ ఆకాంక్ష కోసం వీధులకు వీధులే కదిలి కదం కదం తొక్కుతున్నాయి. యాజమాన్యం రకరకాలుగా ప్రలోభాలకు గురి చేసిన లొంగలేదు. గనులన్నీ పోలీసుల మయం చేసినా పట్టించుకోలేదు. మడిమతిప్పే మనస్తత్వం వారికి లేదు. ఓటమి ఎరుగని నల్ల నేల సింగరేణి. ప్రత్యేక తెలంగాణ ఉద్యమాన్ని ఒక పూజలాగా, ప్రార్థనలాగా ఎలాంటి శషభిషలు లేకుండా దినచర్యగా కొనసాగిస్తున్నా రు. దసర పూట కూడా సమ్మెలోనే ఉన్నారు... దసర నాడు సింగరేణి కార్మికుడికి జీతంతో కూడి న సెలవు దినం ఇస్తా రు.

ఈ సెలవు దినం దసర కన్నా ఒక రోజు ముందు లేదా దసర తరువాత దినం విధులకు హాజరయితేనే ఆ మస్టర్ దొరుకుతుంది... కాని కార్మికులు విధులకు హాజరు కాలేదు... అక్టోబర్ 2 గాంధీ జయంతినాడు కూడా జీతంతో కూడిన సెలవు దినమే... అయినా ఆ రోజును కూడా త్యాగం చేశారు... ఇదం తా ప్రత్యేక తెలంగాణ కోసం. కులమతాలకు అతీతంగా అలయ్, బలయ్‌లు తీసుకునే రోజు. అయితే సమ్మె కారణంగా కొత్తబట్టలు లేవు. అయినా డోంట్ కేర్. ఫికర్ నహీ అంటున్నారు కార్మికులు.
తమ నేలలో తమ రాజ్యం ఉండాలని ఆకాంక్షతో ఎన్నో త్యాగాలు, పోరాటాలతో రక్తసిక్తమయిన నల్ల నేల ఈ రోజు తమ నేల మీద తాము పరాయి మనుషులుగా బ్రతకడం ఇక అంగీకరించే ప్రసక్తే లేదని సమ్మె కట్టారు. బుక్కెడు బువ్వ కోసం భూమి పొరల్లో ఊపిరిసల్పని గర్మి ఫేసుల్లో బొగ్గు పెల్లలకు నెత్తు రు అద్ది లోకానికి వెలుగు పంచే చీకటి బతుకుల్లో రవ్వంత వెలుగు కోసం ఇదం తా ఆరాటం. తప్పదు పోరాటం అంటున్నారు కార్మికులు.

తమ త్యాగం 700 మంది దాకా తెలంగాణ కోసం బలిదానం ఇచ్చిన పిల్లలకన్నా ఏమంతా పెద్దది కాదని చెబుతున్నారు. సింగరేణి అధికారులు సమ్మె చేయకపోతే చేయకపాయే, సమ్మె విచ్ఛిన్నకారులుగా మారిపోయిండ్రు. షార్ట్ ఫైరర్ చేసే పని అండర్ మేనేజర్ చేస్తుండు. ఎలక్షిక్టీషియన్ చేసే పని ఇంజనీర్ చేస్తుండు. సూపర్‌వైజర్ చేసే పని జీఎం చేస్తుండు. సీమాంధ్ర అధికారుల కన్నా మిన్నగా మన పోలీసుల మాదిరే తెలంగాణ అధికారులే విర్రవీగుతున్నారు. ద్రోహులుగా ఇప్పటికే ముద్ర వేసుకున్నారు. 500 మందికి పైగా కేసుల్లో ఇరికించినప్పటికీ ఉద్యమం మాత్రం ఆగడం లేదు. తెలంగాణ వచ్చేదాకా సింగరేణి బిడ్డలలో ఈ పట్టుదల యథాతథంగా ఉంటుంది.

నాలుగు కోట్ల ప్రజల ప్రత్యేక రాష్ట్ర ఆకాంక్ష ఒకవైపు.. తెలంగాణ వ్యతిరేక సీమాంధ్ర సర్కారు బలగాలు మరోవైపు! ఇప్పుడు ఉద్యమం పోరు కూడలిలో ఉంది! సకల జనుల సమ్మెను మరింత ఉధృతం చేసే క్రమంలో రైల్‌రోకో రూపంలో తెలంగాణ ఉద్యమం తన సత్తా చూపెట్టబోతున్నది. ఇప్పటికే బస్సు హారన్ బందైంది. ఇప్పుడు రైలు కూత మూగబోనుంది. దాని స్థానంలో నాలుగు దశాబ్దాల ఉద్యమం పొలికేకలు వేయనుంది! హస్తిన దాకా తన ఆకాంక్షను వినిపించనుంది. తెలంగాణ కొట్లాట పట్టాపూక్కనుంది! నేటి నుంచి మూడు రోజులు.. 15,16,17 తేదీల్లో నిరవధికంగా ఎక్కడి రైళ్లకు అక్కడే రెడ్‌సిగ్నల్ పడబోతున్నది! తెలంగాణ కేంద్ర బిందువుగా ఉత్తర దక్షిణ భారతాల మధ్య లింకు తెగిపోనుంది! తెలంగాణలో మరోసారి ప్రజా రవాణా పూర్తి స్థాయిలో స్తంభించనుంది!

మొన్నటి పట్టాలపైకి పల్లె.. నిన్నటి రెండు రోజుల రైల్‌రోకో.. తెలంగాణ ఉద్యమంలో ఇప్పటి వరకూ జరిగిన ఈ రెండు ఆందోళనలూ విశేష స్థాయిలో విజయవంతమైన నేపథ్యంలో వాటి స్ఫూర్తి తో మూడో ఆందోళననూ దిగ్విజయం చేసేందుకు తెలంగాణ శ్రేణులు రెట్టించిన ఉత్సాహంతో సన్నద్ధమయ్యాయి. ఈసారి రైల్‌రోకో వ్యూహాన్ని మార్చేశారు. తెలంగాణవ్యాప్తంగా ఇప్పటికే 30 పాయింట్లను ఎంపిక చేసి ధూంధాం నిర్వహించేందుకు ఏర్పాట్లన్నీ పూర్తయ్యాయి. రాజకీయ జేఏసీ మార్గదర్శకత్వంలో టీఆర్‌ఎస్, బీజేపీ, సీపీఐ(ఎంఎల్) న్యూడెమొక్షికసీ నాయకులు ఇప్పటికే ఏర్పాట్లను పూర్తి చేసుకున్నారు. కాంగ్రెస్ పార్టీకి చెందిన తెలంగాణ ప్రాంత ఎంపీలు, ఎమ్మెల్యేలు కూడా రైల్‌రోకోలో పాల్గొననున్నారు. రైల్‌రోకోలో మంత్రులు సైతం పాల్గొనాలని టీ ఎంపీలు విజ్ఞప్తి చేశారు. సీపీఐ కూడా రైల్‌రోకోకు సంఘీభావం ప్రకటించింది. ఆ పార్టీ కేడర్ కూడా రైల్‌రోకోలో పాల్గొననుంది.

టీడీపీ టీ ఫోరం తమ శ్రేణులు సైతం రైల్‌రోకోలో పాల్గొంటాయని ప్రకటించింది. టీకాంక్షిగెస్ స్టీరింగ్ కమిటీ చైర్మన్ కేశవరావు 15న నల్లగొండ, 16న వరంగల్, 17న కరీంనగర్ జిల్లా జమ్మికుంటలో రైల్‌రోకోలో పాల్గొంటారు. సకల జనుల సమ్మెలో భాగంగా సెప్టెంబర్ 24, 25వ తేదీల్లో చేపట్టిన మొదటి విడత రైల్‌రోకో, అంతకు ముందు నిర్వహించిన పట్టాలమీదికి పల్లెపల్లె కార్యక్షికమాలు భారీస్థాయిలో విజయవంతమయ్యాయి. పట్టాలన్నీ ఉద్యమకారులతో నిండిపోయాయి. ఉత్తర దక్షిణ భారతాల మధ్య లింకూ పూర్తిగా తెగిపోయింది. పోలీసులు ఎంత అడ్డుకున్నా రెండురోజులు రైళ్లు పూర్తిగా నిలిచిపోయాయి. గత అనుభవాల నేపథ్యంలో రైల్వే శాఖ ఇప్పుడు ముందు జాగ్రత్త చర్యలు తీసుకున్నది. దక్షిణ మధ్య రైల్వే తన పరిధిలో తెలంగాణలో తిరిగే 124 ప్రధాన రైళ్లను పూర్తిగా, కొన్నింటిని తెలంగాణలోకి రాకుండా పాక్షికంగా రద్దుచేసింది.

కొన్నింటిని దారి మళ్లించింది. మరికొన్నింటి వేళల్లో మార్పులు చేసింది. రదె్దైన రైళ్లలో ప్రయాణానికిగాను ఇప్పటికే టికెట్లు తీసుకున్న వారికి డబ్బులు తిరిగి చెల్లించేందుకు అన్ని రకాల ఏర్పాట్లు చేసింది. రైల్‌రోకోల తర్వాత ప్రయాణికుల అధిక రద్దీని దృష్టిలో ఉంచుకొని ప్రత్యేక రైళ్లు నడుపుతామని తెలిపింది. తెలంగాణ ప్రాంతం ఉత్తర, దక్షిణ భారతాలను కలిపే రూట్ కావడంతో రైల్‌రోకోల ప్రభావం దేశవ్యాప్తంగా పడనుంది. దక్షిణ మధ్య రైల్వేలో ప్రధాన స్టేషన్ అయిన ఒక్క సికింవూదాబాద్ జంక్షన్ నుంచే 110 రైళ్ల ద్వారా రోజూ లక్షా 50వేల మంది రాకపోకలు సాగిస్తుంటారు. మొత్తంగా ఈ రైల్‌రోకోల వల్ల 5లక్షల మంది రవాణాపై ప్రభావం పడనుందని అంచనా. కానీ.. ప్రత్యేక రాష్ట్ర ఆకాంక్షలో భాగంగా సాగుతున్న ఉద్యమంపై పంతానికి పోతున్న రాష్ట్ర ప్రభుత్వం రైల్‌రోకోను విచ్ఛిన్నం చేసేందుకు పెద్ద ఎత్తున బలగాలను దించుతున్నది.

అర్ధరాత్రి నుంచే అక్రమ అరెస్టులను మొదలు పెట్టింది. ఇప్పటికే వివిధ తెలంగాణ జిల్లాల్లో పెద్ద సంఖ్యలో పోలీసు బలగాలు దిగాయి. ఈ సారి రైల్‌రోకోను జరగనిచ్చేది లేదని పోలీసులు ఘాటుగా హెచ్చరిస్తున్నారు. పోలీసుల హెచ్చరికలను, బెదిరింపులను పట్టించుకోని ఉద్యమకారులు.. దీటుగా రైల్‌రోకోను విజయవంతం చేసి తీరుతామని సవాలు విసురుతున్నారు. పట్టాలపై తెలంగాణ జెండా ఎగురవేసి తీరుతామని చెబుతున్నారు. ట్రాక్‌ల ఇప్పటికే పోలీసులు కట్టుదిట్టమైన భద్రత ఏర్పాటు చేశారు. కాగా, 26రోజులుగా కొనసాగుతున్న ఆర్టీసీ సమ్మె వల్ల తెలంగాణలోని బస్సులు తిరగడం లేదు. ఎన్‌ఎంయూ సమ్మె విరమణ ప్రకటన తర్వాత అక్కడక్కడా కొన్ని తిరుగుతున్నప్పటికీ అవి ప్రజల రవాణా అవసరాలను ఏ మాత్రం తీర్చడం లేదు. మొత్తం 8వేల బస్సులు ఎక్కడివక్కడే నిలిచిపోవడంతో రోజుకు 80లక్షల మంది రవాణా నిలిచిపోతోంది. అంటే రైల్‌రోకో, ఆర్టీసీ సమ్మె వల్ల 15,16,17తేదీల్లో సుమారుగా రోజుకు కోటి మంది రవాణా పూర్తిగా స్తంభించిపోతుంది.

ఇదిలా ఉండగా.. సకల జనుల సమ్మె 32 రోజులు పూర్తి చేసుకుంది. ఉద్యోగ సంఘాలతో కేబినెట్ ఉపసంఘం చర్చలు జరిపేది లేదని భీష్మించుకున్నా.. చివరకు మెట్టు దిగింది. శనివారం చర్చలకు రావాల్సిందిగా ఉద్యోగ సంఘాల జేఏసీ నేతలకు ఆహ్వానం పంపింది! నిజానికి శుక్రవారం చర్చలకు రాష్ట్ర ప్రభుత్వ ప్రధాన కార్యదర్శి ఆహ్వానం పంపించారు. అయితే తాము ఉపసంఘంతోనే చర్చలకు వస్తామని నేతలు స్పష్టం చేయడంతో ప్రభుత్వం దిగిరాక తప్పలేదు. శనివారం జరిగే చర్చల్లో కూడా తమ మూడు కీలక డిమాండ్లపైనే నేతలు పట్టుబట్టనున్నారు. సమ్మె విచ్ఛిన్నానికి తీసుకొచ్చిన 177, ఎస్మా జీవోలు రద్దు చేయాలని, ఉద్యోగ సంఘాల జేఏసీ చైర్మన్ స్వామిగౌడ్‌పై పోలీసుల హత్యాయత్నంపై విచారణ జరిపించాలని, తెలంగాణకు అనుకూలంగా రాష్ట్ర కేబినెట్ తీర్మానం చేయాలని వారు డిమాండ్ చేస్తున్న సంగతి తెలిసిందే. ఈ నేపథ్యంలో శనివారం జరిగే చర్చలు ప్రాధాన్యం సంతరించుకున్నాయి.

ఆటోల బంద్ వాయిదా
రైల్‌రోకో మూడు రోజుల సందర్భంగా తలపెట్టిన ఆటోల బంద్‌ను వాయిదా వేస్తున్నట్లు తెలంగాణ ఆటో డ్రైవర్ల జేఏసీ కన్వీనర్ అమానుల్లాఖాన్ ప్రకటించారు. అన్ని ఆటో యూనియన్ల నాయకులు సమావేశమై ఈ మేరకు నిర్ణయం తీసుకున్నట్లు ఆయన శుక్రవారం తెలిపారు.

Hurrah! SriKrishna Committee Report has been leaked. 

Here are some of the salient points:

For Separate Telangana State:

Overwhelming majority in Telangana seeks a separate state; the current ten districts of Telangana could be carved into a separate state with Hyderabad as its capital;

Pros: Enough indications suggest that this region was neglected and its people discriminated against; a separate state would address many of the concerns ailing this region. For example, a new state of Telangana would definitely get more water and therefore bring prosperity to the region. Could also lead to elimination of Naxal Movement because people will get a political voice in Indian democracy.

Cons: Seemandhra people may get disappointed and may burn some buses in Seemandhra region. 

For United State:

Majority in Coastal Andhra and Rayalaseema would like to keep the state united; the status quo could be maintained with introduction of regional board for each region – Telangana, Coastal Andhra and Rayalaseema, and special packages could be given for neglected and backward districts.

Pros: no change required to current administration setup; will make people of Seemandhra extremely happy; Telangana people will be under superior rulers of Seemandhra region.

Cons: will make people of Telangana extremely unhappy; could lead to massive agitations and uprising in Telangana, but our outstanding Indian Army and Air Force can easily suppressing it with less than 5 lakh people dead; could lead to escalation of Naxal Movement like it happened in the aftermath of 1969.

For Separate Hyderabad State or Union Territory:

Some pockets and colonies in Hyderabad seek separate status away from the rogues and villains of Telangana; all the houses and colonies seeking separate Hyderabad could be made into a separate state or union territory. Though disjoint geographically, which will result in collection of conclaves completely surrounded by Telangana as first-of-its-kind experiment in human history, it will satisfy the aspirations of these people.

Pros: The map will like speckle of dust, making it very interesting in class room discussions all around the word.

Cons: Telangana people may want to charge a cess of 200 rupees each time the residents of this region enter Telangana. Even if the kid wants to play coming out of the home and enter Telangana, he has to pay up. All these entry fees into Telangana, with complete dependence for water and power on Telangana, it may result in negative GDP for this region.

Sharing capital city:

There are some people from Seemandhra who do not want to let go of Telangana and would like to hold onto the city, and as a compromise suggest sharing of Hyderabad city as capital for both the regions of Telangana and Seemandhra. A model like Berlin during Cold War is proposed with a wall to separate the two sections of the city.

Pros: Though it is not in their culture, Seemandhras could still have easy access to Hyderabadi Biryani; A Hyderabad Wall (like Berlin Wall) manned by military will be a tourist spot and make interesting stories for movies, like love affairs between couple living on different sides of the wall.

Cons: Like with Berlin, Seemandhra has to airlift all amenities like water and food to its residents since their part of the city is completely surrounded by Telangana.

For merger with Pakistan:

Few individuals in some small conclaves in Hyderabad still dream of restoring Hyderabad State by annexing Marathwada and Karnatak region and then merge it with Pakistan; though it is not possible to restore the erstwhile Hyderabad State, it is possible to create small conclaves of Pakistan inside India.

Pros: Creation of small Pakistan inside India may lead to some hilarious bonhomie with Pakistan.

Cons: The residents may need a visa to step out of their homes. In case of war, this region can be used by Pakistan to launch nuclear strike against India from within India.

Remerging of Seemandhra with Tamil Nadu

There are some Telanganas who propose that Seemandhras should set an example of remaining in a ‘united state’ by remerging Seemandhra region with Tamil Nadu.

Pros: Tamils will now have someone to kick around the way Andhras had Telanganas all this while.
Cons: Andhras will be kicked around now like their Telangana brothers.

Andhra Pradesh is not a ‘marriage’

While describing the merger of Telangana and Andhra State in 1956 that resulted in formation of Andhra Pradesh, we tend to use metaphors like calling it ‘marriage of unequals’, or describing it as ‘an innocent girl married to naughty boy’. Nehru purportedly said that this ‘marriage’ could be annulled through a ‘divorce’ at any point of time in future. While such comparisons make poetic sense for the sake of driving a point, there is a danger when people start taking these analogies quite literally. Right now, such comparisons are encouraging some Seemandhra politicians to seek alimony from Telangana or compensation from New Delhi for the loss of Hyderabad. They should realize that any talks of compensation for the loss of Hyderabad as if it is ‘alimony’ will be quite disastrous for Seemandhras. 

When Gujaratis claimed Bombay because they had invested heavily into the city, no compensation was provided to Gujaratis for the loss when Bombay eventually became part of new Maharashtra. No such compensation was given to Andhra State when Madras was retained by Tamil Nadu. There was no discussion on ‘alimony’ because no one seriously considered them to be real marriages. Back then, people were sensible enough to admit that such poetic references cannot be taken literally.

A journalist in DNA makes a dangerous proposition:

The leaders of Telangana will have to accept the burden of a costly alimony payment for severing the ties. The centre should facilitate the separation and structure and schedule the payment to be made in lieu of Hyderabad.

Such a talk may NOT go against the interests of Telanganas but will definitely go against the interests of Seemandhras. That’s because, if Seemandhras expect ‘alimony’ and ‘compensation’, then Telanganas can draw a list of items that Seemandhra need to compensate us for the loss that we endured in the last 55 years in this farcical ‘marriage’. 

Our list sums up to a far bigger amount than any pitiful investment Seemandhras made into Hyderabad. Telanganas will demand the compensation for the loss to our farmers and our economy over last three generations for the water they stole from us. We will then demand compensation for the loss of natural resources like coal and minerals. We will then demand compensation for the loss of opportunity to three generations of Telanganas in the sectors of government jobs, in administration, banks, education, electricity, transport, revenue, etc.
We will then demand compensation for the loss of our lands that was sold to the bidders from Seemandhra. We will then sue them for the massive and large scale pogrom of discrimination, suppression and marginalization of Telanganas for nearly three generations. We will then sue them for negative characterization of Telanganas in their movies and history books and seek compensation for the neglect of our culture that resulted in loss of self-identity. Then we will sue them for malicious delay in formation of Telangana after 9th December 2009 announcement resulting in death of nearly 600 people in Telangana.

And my dear friends, the money owed to Telangana will be so big that Seemandhras will have to toil for the next two hundred years to pay us with their hard-earned taxes. Therefore, according to me, it is in the best interest of Seemandhras that they stay away from such foolish and irresponsible discussions before it backfires on them.

And then there are some Telanganas who seems to have a plan on how we can trick Seemandhras on the status of Hyderabad. Some Telanganas have suggested that we should do exactly what Andhras did to us to teach them a lesson. That we should just blindly accept all agreements right now so that we get Telangana, and once it is in the bag, we should just ditch all agreements. 

I am not supportive of such an argument. Creation of Telangana is not about just achieving Telangana but it is also about setting a right example to ourselves so that it will be a guide to all of our future actions. We cannot start the new state on such a gross deceit. Just because Andhras meted out such duplicitous treatment to us does not mean we should behave like them. One of the key ideas while forming Telangana should be that we should do everything possible in our capacity not to emulate what our Andhra brothers did to us after they signed Gentlemen’s Agreement.

We do not learn our histories to repeat the ignominies and wretchedness of the past, but to carefully avoid them for all time to come. We do not pore over our histories, documents and agreements to carefully chronicle the betrayals of Andhras to learn to behave like them, but to learn not to accept the same treatment ever again, and more so that we don’t treat others the same when it is our turn.

We may be eager to get Telangana, we may be exhausted from our strikes and agitations and we may be in a hurry to sign on the dotted line on the agreements to get Telangana. But that does not mean we walk into any compromise. We should not sign on an agreement if we have no intention on abiding by it. We should not make any promises that we have no intention of keeping it. If it means we have to struggle a little longer to get Telangana, let it be so, but there should be no slyness, no trickery, no subterfuge, and no deception when we sit across the table discussing the modalities of creation of Telangana. We cannot be dishonest with our Seemandhra brothers because then we are being dishonest to our future generations. 

We have a responsibility to set the right example for our future generations in Telangana. When they look back at us in time, what will they think of us? Will they be proud of us that we were crafty enough to sign a document knowing very well we have no intention of keeping it? Or will they be proud that we fought a little longer, took little more pain, but in the end came out as true gentlemen? 

If New Delhi says ‘take Telangana without Hyderabad’, we have to refuse Telangana right now. We will not go into accepting Telangana with the hope that we will somehow trick Andhras out of the capital city. Some people may call it ‘smart’ but everyone knows that it is ‘cunning’. We cannot create Telangana on the basis of deception. What kind of a story will that be to tell our children and grandchildren, that after fighting with Andhras for so long to get our own state, we became like them in the end?

Ready to face the 'First Bullet'

New Delhi, October 14: Congress MPs from Telangana region today attacked Chief Minister N Kiran Kumar Reddy accusing him of adopting an "uncalled for vindictive attitude" towards the people agitating for a separate state.

Declaring that the Congress MPs will stand by Telangana people "at this critical hour", senior Congress leader K Kesava Rao said the MPs were ready to face the "first bullet" if the state government decides to "crush" the agitation of the common people and government employees from the region for a separate state.

"If any bullet the Chief Minister wants to use, if his DGP wants to use (against) any striking employees or any Telangana man, we will receive it first. Let them know that," an emotionally charged Rao told reporters here.

Criticising the state government's decision to conduct group II service commission examinations in the state on October 15, he said job seekers will face difficulties to attend it as the entire traffic in the region is collapsed due to the agitaion.

He alleged the Chief Minister is "sadistically" enjoying the plight of Telangana people and alleged the state service examinations are being held for filling the vacancies with the people from Andhra region.

"That is the intention of the Chief Minister," Rao said.

The Congress MPs also termed as "unconstituntional" Reddy's hesistance to distribute salary advances to the agitating government employees from Telangana region on the occasion of Diwali despite the request from his ministerial colleagues.

CM is bribing MLAs : KTR

‘Let there be CBI probe, I will present evidence’

The Telangana Rashtra Samithi legislator K Taraka Rama Rao on Thursday made serious accusations against Chief Minister N Kiran Kumar Reddy, stating that he had conspired against the Telangana movement and even bribed his own party MLAs to remain silent on the issue.

Addressing the media on Thursday, KTR said that he had evidence of the Chief Minister giving away Rs 25 lakh each to 13 legislators of the Congress party.

“Our party demands a CBI probe into this issue. Complete information of how much money was offered to each legislator is with me. I will hand over these documents to the investigation officials. 

Chief Minister is hell-bent on disrupting the strike as well as the separate state movement,” KTR added and demanded a CBI probe into it.

Congress party, as expected, refuted the allegations.

Lagadapati sends 'T' gifts to KCR

Congress MP from Vijayawada Lagadapati Rajagopal has forwarded a dozen books written by Telangana authors and a few CDs of films portraying the Telangana history to Telangana Rashtra Samiti (TRS) president K. Chandrasekhar Rao, to make his point that the movement has been ‘instigated' by dominant castes and classes to further their own vested interests.

He said in an accompanying letter to Mr. Rao, a copy of which was released to the press, the Telangana movement was the creation of ‘feudal' forces which had to forego their privileges after integration of the State. He said the 12 books and the CDs he was sending to Mr. Rao proved exploitation of the Telangana masses by the ‘doras', ‘patels' and ‘patwaris' as portrayal of those incidents were clear. The unbridled feudal exploitation of the masses was the basic feature that dominated the socio-economic life of Telangana people, he said, adding that the poor and underprivileged sections were deprived of freedom and dignity.

Political freedom

The formation of Visalandhra brought them freedom and dignity. He said in 1948, people of Telangana achieved political freedom from the Nizam while 

implementation of the Land Ceiling Act in the 70s was ‘second freedom' for them and went on to add that abolition of ‘Patel-Patwari' system in the 80s ushered in third freedom. 

The MP said prior to the formation of Andhra Pradesh, the working class in Telangana led a pathetic life that was all about oppression, agony, suffering and misery. “There is no parallel in the history of India to the Telangana Armed Struggle – the peasants' struggle against feudal oppression and slavery which claimed over 5,000 lives,” he said. 

He said Mr. Rao must read the books and get the facts straight instead of misleading people.

దిగ్విజయంగా 31 రోజులు పూర్తి చేసుకున్న సకల జనుల సమ్మెలో మరో మహత్తర ఘట్టానికి తెరలేవబోతున్నది. యావత్ తెలంగాణం రాష్ట్ర ప్రభుత్వానికి గట్టి సవాలు విసరబోతున్నది. తెలంగాణ లక్ష్యంగా 15,16,17 తేదీల్లో నిరవధిక రైల్‌రోకోలకు రంగం సిద్ధమైంది. వాడవాడలు.. పల్లెపప్లూలూ పట్టాలపైకి రాబోతున్నాయి. అదే సమయంలో దాన్ని విచ్ఛిన్నం చేసేందుకు ప్రభుత్వమూ సమాయత్తమవుతున్నది. ఓవైపు రైల్వే శాఖ తనంతట తానుగానే భారీ సంఖ్యలో రైళ్లను రద్దు చేసుకున్నా.. పంతానికి పోతున్న ప్రభుత్వం మాత్రం.. బెదిరింపులకు దిగుతున్నది. తాజాగా డీజీపీ ఆ బాధ్యతను భుజాన వేసుకున్నారు. స్వయంగా రంగంలోకి దిగి విలేకరుల సమావేశం పెట్టి మరీ ఉద్యమాన్ని భయపెట్టే ప్రయత్నం చేశారు.

శాంతి భద్రతలు కాపాడేందుకు తనకు ప్రభుత్వం ఫుల్ పవర్స్ ఇచ్చేసిందన్న డీజీపీ దినేష్‌డ్డి.. కేంద్ర ప్రభుత్వం కూడా తమకు సహకరిస్తోందని చెప్పారు. రైళ్లను అడ్డుకున్నా, రైల్వే ఆస్తులకు నష్టం కలిగించినా, పట్టాల ఫిష్ ప్లేట్లు తొలగించినా రైల్వే చట్టం ప్రకారం కేసులు నమోదు చేయటంతోపాటు కఠిన చర్యలు తీసుకుంటామని హెచ్చరించారు. ఈ కేసులలో పడే శిక్షలేమిటో చెబుతూ బెదిరించారు. ఉద్యోగులను, విద్యార్థులనూ భయపెట్టారు. అయితే.. తెలంగాణ ఉద్యమ శ్రేణులు మాత్రం డీజీపీ బెదిరింపులను పూచికపుల్లతో సమానంగా తీసిపారేశాయి. రైల్‌రోకోలకు కోట్లాది మంది జనం వస్తున్నారని, వారందరినీ బంధించే దమ్ము కిరణ్ సర్కారుకు ఉందా? అని ఇటీవలే కేసీఆర్ సవాలు విసిరారు. ఇదే స్ఫూర్తిని ఇతర తెలంగాణ శ్రేణులు కూడా ప్రదర్శిస్తున్నాయి. తాము రైళ్లు ఆపుతున్నది కేవలం తెలంగాణ ఆకాంక్షను చాటిచెప్పడం కోసమేనని ప్రకటించిన తెలంగాణవాదులు.. లాఠీలకు, తూటాలకు బెదిరేది లేదని తేల్చి చెప్పారు.


రైల్‌రోకో ఉద్యమానికి టీ కాంగ్రెస్ ఎంపీలు మరింత సమరోత్సాహాన్ని జత చేశారు. తాము సైతం రైల్‌రోకోల్లో తమ తమ నియోజకవర్గాల్లోని రైల్వే స్టేషన్‌లలో పాల్గొంటామని ప్రకటించారు. కాంగ్రెస్ శ్రేణులు సైతం జేఏసీ పిలుపు మేరకు ఈ ఆందోళనలో పాల్గొంటాయని తెలిపారు. కాగా.. దినేష్‌డ్డి బెదిరింపులపై తెలంగాణ రాజకీయ జేఏసీ కో చైర్మన్ మల్లెపల్లి లక్ష్మయ్య తీవ్ర ఆగ్రహం వ్యక్తం చేశారు. ప్రజలను హింసిస్తే తిరుగుబాటు తప్పదని, ఇది సర్కారు పతనానికే దారి తీస్తుందని హెచ్చరించారు. డీజీపీపై టీఆర్‌ఎస్ ఎమ్మెల్యే కే తారకరామారావు నిప్పులు చెరిగారు. ఆయ నకు దమ్ముంటే ఖాకీ బట్టలు వదిలేసి, కాంగ్రెస్ లో చేరి అప్పుడు తమతో పోరాడాలని సవాలు విసిరారు. ఆయన ఉద్యమనేతలే లక్ష్యంగా హెచ్చరికలు చేస్తూ సీమాంధ్ర నాయకత్వానికి చెంచా గిరీ చేస్తున్నారని మండిపడ్డారు.

రైల్‌రోకో చేసే తెలంగాణ ప్రజానీకాన్ని అరెస్టు చేసుకుంటూ పోతే ఉన్న జైళ్లు చాలవని టీఆర్‌ఎస్ ఎమ్మెల్యే హరీశ్‌రావు అన్నారు. ఎందరు డీజీపీలు వచ్చినా రైల్‌రోకోలను ఎవ్వరూ ఆపజాలరని టీఆర్‌ఎస్ పొలిట్‌బ్యూరో సభ్యుడు దాసోజు శ్రవణ్‌కుమార్ స్పష్టం చేశారు. రైల్‌రోకోలో మొదటి రైలు ఆపేది తానేనని, ఏం చేస్తారో చేసుకోండని మెదక్ ఎంపీ విజయశాంతి సవాలు విసిరారు. డీజీపీ చట్టాన్ని అతిక్షికమిస్తున్నారని బీజేపీ మండిపడగా.. డీజీపీ బెదిరింపులు ప్రజాస్వామ్యానికి ఏమాత్రం శ్రేయస్కరంకాదని న్యూడెమోక్షికసీ నేత గోవర్ధన్ హితవు పలికారు. సీనియర్ సిటిజన్‌లు సైతం రైల్‌రోకోలకు మద్దతు పలికారు. ఓ వైపు ప్రభుత్వం బెదిరింపులకు పాల్పడుతూ నిర్బంధకాండకు రంగం సిద్ధం చేస్తున్నా... రైల్వే శాఖ మాత్రం ప్రయాణికులకు మార్గమధ్యంలో ఇబ్బందులు ఎదురుకాకుండా భారీగా రైళ్లను రద్దు చేసింది. అనేక రైళ్లను దారిమళ్లించింది.
